Rob founded the IPHP project nearly 5 years ago. The project stemmed from a desire to understand human cardiac evolution. However, the realization that “cardiac diease” is present and poorly understood in primates has added a huge dimension and new direction to the project.
Middle : Aimee Drane – IPHP Manager and Lead Echocardiographer.
Aimee joined the IPHP in January 2013. She joined Cardiff Met Uni from the NHS where she was a Cardiac Physiologist specializing in Echocardiography. She completes the cardiac diagnostic testing and analysis.

As an academic physiologist Eric brings a lot of knowledge and expertise to the project, as well as completing assessments and providing support.
